Hutton-383 and Hooten-45 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, dates, birth location. Slight difference of surname spelling but clearly intended to be the same individual as e.g. the user who uploaded the Hutton profile from a GEDCOM appears as a DNA match against individuals on the Hooten line.
I'm wondering if the "Oliver Hooten" in this early Pennsylvania reference could be the same person as here? Seems that the "legacies" to his cousin John Snowdon's children might be a tie in, given his mother's maiden name.
Will of Oliver Hooten, dated 9th day of 9th month, 1690 (old style date), at the falls of Delaware River in West Jersie and proven in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 17th day of the 4th month, 1692 (old style date). Mentions Executors Uncle Lambert and John Snowden (cousin)
