Biography

ABRAHAM IVERSON II or IVESON was probably born before 1640, perhaps as early as 1620, based on the birth of his children; but their birthdates are also estimates. He was probably born at Virginia, sometime after his father arrived there. His wife is unknown, but is thought by some to have been MARY COLGATE.

By 1656, Abraham Jr. was patenting land. [1]

On 10 October 1665, Abraham Iveson acquired 985 acres upon the North River of Mobjack Bay, dividing this land from the land of Richard Cox.[2]

Abraham Iverson II or his father, Abraham I, was a Member of the Virginia House of Burgesses from 1653 to 1676. Abraham II was Justice at Gloucester in 1681.[3] [4]

He probably died about 1690.

Both he & his wife, Mary, body lost or destroyed according to Find a Grave source

Mary b. 1650 d. 1695

Iverson-295 and Iverson-84 appear to represent the same person because: They are the same person.
