Biography

When David Willis Ivey was born on October 16, 1879, in Orrum, North Carolina, his father, Richard, was 30 and his mother, Harriet, was 21. He married Martha McCrary and they had 6 children together. He then married Minnie Ruth Williams and they had seven children together. He then had one son from another relationship. David died on September 29, 1972, in Graceville, Florida, at the age of 92.
