Biography

Helen was born August 27, 1908 in Wevaco, WV. She was the daughter of Floyd Gray Jackson, Sr. and Mary Amanda "Mamie" Raynes Jackson. She married John Dean "Papa Jack" Simpson, Jr. on July 18, 1933 in Sandford, FL. Her only child, Sara Isabel SImpson, was born February 10, 1935 in Deland, FL. She died January 25, 1958 in Warner-Robins, GA where she had been working in payroll at Robins AFB.
