George Jacques was born in Western Australia, Australia

George was born on the 26 July 1874 in the Town of Toodyay, on the Avon River in the Wheatbelt region, 85 kilometres (53 miles) north-east of the City of Perth, in Western Australia^[1][2]. He was the son of Pauley Jacques and Hannah Dew. George (Jacques/Jeakes) started a relationship with his brother's wife, Emily Jane (Hellier/Mitchell) around 1904 and the couple had the following children:--
