Elizabeth was the daughter of Samuel Jacques and Prudence Earl. She was born in Pomfret CT along with her siblings, Mary, Kezia, Sarah and William.
Her mother Prudence married Isaac Adams after the death of her father Samuel. Isaac and Prudence moved the family to the Wyoming Valley where William entered the Military and Elizabeth married Stephen Jenkins.
Elizabeth was living with her daughter when she died.
