Marguerite was born in 1715, baptized Marie Marguerite Anglois (Langlois, ie English), daughter of Guillaume James dit Jacques dit Langlois and Catherine Limousin, in Pointe-aux-Trembles church. Her parents' and her residence is listed as St-Léonard, which is located on Montreal island.

She was the daughter of Guillaume James and Catherine Limousin.

She passed away in 1782.
