I am working on this profile and several connected to it for serious data problems. There were three William Jamisons living at the same time with different families. They were both born around 1860 in Iowa but they lived in different states. It seems two of the families were merged together here on wikitree and I'm trying to separate the families and fix and source them. Please feel free to fix any errors on my part.
This William was the son of John Jamison and Mary. Husband of Mary Poling.
He was being confused with William, son of William Ross Jamison and Isabelle Jordan, husband of Minerva Boots.
There was also a William Jamison, son of William Wallace Jamison and Wealthy Pike, husband of Ella Patience Osborn.
son's profile needs to be merged Jamison-189&186 are the same person.
son, William Henry, needs to be added to Mary's profile, but I can't because I'm not on the trusted list.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with William:
Jamison-95 and Jamison-94 do not represent the same person because: These are not a match. Figured out these are two different William Jamisons that lived at the same time with two separate families. They were simply confused and both connected to the same wife. Working now to separate them and the children
Jamison-95 and Jamison-94 appear to represent the same person because: These two are attached to the same woman. I think the dates are just messed up. I looked to see if the older was an ancester to the younger, but that is not the case. Better to merge the two and fix and errors.
