Biography
Ruth Janney was born on 6th month 15, 1744, a twin with Mary Janney and the daughter of Amos and Mary (Yardley) Janney. [1]
She married John Gibson on 22 Feb 1776 in Fairfax, Loudoun, Virginia. [2] [1]
She died in 1781 [citation needed]
Children:
Amos, b. June 11 1779, m. Sept. 29 1810 Hannah daughter of Robert and Cassandra Miller of Brownsville, PA. Died Feb 18 1842. Had 9 children.
Mary, m. Elisha Janney.
