Joseph Janney performed Patriotic Service in Virginia in the American Revolution.

Joseph Janney was born 30 Nov 1749. On 4 Jun 1778 he married Mary Holmes, daughter of William and Mary (Cooe) Holmes, in Loudoun County, Virginia. He died in 1829. Joseph and Mary had nine children: [1]
