In answer to point 3 under Sources. I checked and the other date 30/1 Oct 1774 looks like Sara Swart-3032 marriage to Cornelis Swartz-2135. These are records that downloaded from another family tree. It does seem as if most of these records come from the GEDCOM file. Sorry about that.
