Mrs. Altie Jared, age 93. Thursday evening 1 February 1973 at a Carthage Hospital. Survived by sons, Leslie Lancaster, Lebanon, TN, Carl Lancaster, Gordonsville, Wirt Lancaster, Hickman; daughter, Mrs. T. R. (Edith) Rose, Hickman, Mrs. Madge Moss, Carthage, Mrs. Howell (Bobbie) Cooksey, Gutherie, OK,Mrs. Ray (Mary) Leftwich, Donelson; 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Remains are at J. L Bass Funeral Home, Gordonsville, TN, where services will be conducted from the chapel Saturday afternoon 3 February at 2:00 by Rev. Frank Blair and Rev. Dennis Mangrum. Interment in the Gordonsville Cemetery, TN.
