Biography

Joseph was born May 2, 1737/1739. He is the son of Ann Thomas and Joseph e Jarman. Married Elizabeth Humphreys on ??? they had 9 children Joseph, Miriam, Serena, Daniel, Nancy, Trustum, Zacheus, Stehen and Alcy. Son William moved to Williamson Tennessee as his marriage records show he married Sally Berry on July 10, 1798. Joseph, Elizabeth and children moved to Williamson Tennessee in 1799. Joseph's will and probate show that Joseph was a very good business man accumulating wealth. Joseph died in 1818 in Williamson, Tennessee, having lived a long life of 79 years.
