Biography

William "Jay" Jeffers was born in 1898. He was the son of Oliver Jeffers and Sarah Duncan.[1]

Jay Jeffers married May Carson June 8, 1918, in Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[2]

Jay Jeffers married Mae Ruth Phillips August 19, 1950, in Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[3]

He passed away in 1968.[4] He was originally buried in the Mount Jeffers Cemetery in Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[5] His remains were later removed to Knoxville, Tennessee, for reburial.
