John Robertson Jefferson was born about October 20, 1742 in Henrico County, Colony of Virginia, son of Field Jefferson (1701–1765) and Mary Frances Robertson (1701–1750). He was a first cousin of Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826).
John (20) married Elizabeth Broome (21) (born on January 4, 1742 in Christ Church, Middlesex, Virginia) on March 28, 1763 in Henrico County. Their children were:
John died about 1809 in Virginia, United States, aged about 66.[1]
