Death
After Aug 1850 as she is found living in Rochester and enumerated in the 1850 census, age 47, born Barnstable. Also in her household is (son) William J. Turner, age 14, born Rochester.[3]
Notes: parents are probably Simeon Jenkins & Betsey or Hannah. Abigail's son William is found in 1850 & 1860 in the household with Hannah Jenkins, probably Abigail's sister. Hannah died in Marion in Oct 18 1871 [MAVR Vol: 239:344] and in her death record are reported the above parents Simeon & Betsey. In the Barnstable records: Simeon Jenkins Jur. of this Town & Hannah Lawrence of Sandwich July 1st 1786. "In memory of Betsey Jenkins daughter of Mr. Simmeon & Mrs. Hannah Jenkins, she died Janry 30th 1814 aged 24 years."
