Biography

Oscar, son of Nimrod Jenkins and Laura Ransom, was born on 11 Aug 1873 in Bedford County, Tennessee.[1][2]

In the 1880 census Oscar (age 0) was the son of Nimrod Jenkins in District 5, Grainger, Tennessee, United States.[1]

On 3 Dec 1904 Oscar married Mattie Kathleen Orr in Ellis, Texas.[3]

In the 1910 census Oscar (age 29) was the married head of household in Nashville Ward 1, Davidson, Tennessee, United States.[4]

Oscar was in a military record in 1917-1918 in Bexar County, Texas, United States.[2]

In the 1920 census Oscar (age 40) was the married head of household in Justice Precinct 1, Bexar, Texas, United States.[5]

In the 1940 census Oscar (age 63) was the married head of household in San Antonio, Bexar, Texas, United States.[6]

Oscar passed away on 26 Jul 1952 in Bexar County, Texas.[7]
