Biography
Philip S. Jenkins was born in 1867 in Rice Co., Minnesota to Peter Fryer Jenkins and Fanny Emma (Waters) Jenkins.
The family migrated from Minnesota to Tennessee and then to Eudora, Douglas, Kansas in the Spring of 1879. [1] Philip died of typho-malaria in Oct. 1879. [2]
