Valentine Jenkins Jr. was one of the Founding Fathers of St. Albans Vermont.

Valentine was born about 1760 in Beekman, Dutchess County, New York Colony.[1] He was the son of Valentine Jenkins Sr..[1]

He married Urania Ferris on 16d 5m 1781 [16 May 1781].[2]

The family was received on certificate at the Easton monthly meeting in 1788.[3][4] Present were Urania and Valentine, and their children Valentine, Ferris, Phebe, and Hannah.[3][4]

Valentine, Jr. is considered a founding father of St. Albans, Vermont, having taken the freeman's oath in 1790.[5]
