They had at least four children: Isaac Jenkins (1779-1845); Mary Elizabeth Jenkins (1780-1853) married Chandler Arthur (1777-1872) on 7 Mar 1797 in Greenbrier, Virginia; William Jenkins Sr (1785-1853) married Lucy Farmer (1791-1860) on 19 Sep 1808 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia; Priscilla Jenkins (1799-1867) married David Nugen (1786-1847);
John passed away on 30 Jul 1832 in Beckwith, Fayette, West Virginia or Fayette, Fayette, West Virginia. He was buried in the Wilson Cemetery in Fayetteville, Fayette, West Virginia.
