In the 1911 Census, shortly before she died, she is a widow living @ 53, Lynn Road, Landport, Portsmouth, Hampshire England. She is the head of the household and her occupation is given as General Dealer. Living with her are her son William (aged 34) who is a shipwright, and her daughter Ethel (aged 28) who is assistant to her mother. Both children are single.
