David William Jenkins was born 2 July 1892 at 5 Thomas Row, Bedwellty, Rhymney, Monmouthshire, Wales David Jenkins Agnes Jones. David William Jenkins husband of Blodwyn Phyllis Jenkins, of 46 Belmont Avenue, Hereford, England. Injured 27 July 1942, at Royal Ordnance Factory, Rotherwas, Hereford, England this was due to enemy action; died the following day of injuries sustained during an air raid on Royal Ordnance Factory, Rotherwas, Hereford died at General Hospital Hereford, England.
