Biography

Ada Francell Jenkins was born on 25 January 1888 in Oakley, Cassia, Idaho Territory, daughter of Charles Laird Jenkins (1845–1929) and Mary Eliza Conover (1851–1892).

Ada (19) married Robert Ray Martin (23) (born in 1883 in Idaho Territory; son of William Gillespie Martin and Clara Jane (McKendrick) Martin) on 1 October 1907 in Oakley.[1] [2] [3]

In 1910, Ada (22) was living in household of Robert R Martin (27) in Marion, Cassia with her husband, Robert R (27); and their children, Hazel I (3), and William R (1). [4]

In 1914, Ada (26) was living with her husband, Robert Ray Martin (undefined); her siblings, William Ray Martin (undefined), and Mary Emerald Martin (undefined); and Ada F. Martin (undefined), and Iona Hazel Martin (undefined). [5]

In 1920, Ada (32) was living in household of Robert R Martin (36) in Marion, Cassia with her husband, Robert R (36); and their children, Iona (12), Wm R (10), Mary E (8), and Wanda (4). [6]

In 1930, Ada (42) was living in household of Bert Martin (44) in Twin Falls, Twin Falls with her husband, Bert (44); their children, Iona Destili (20), Ray (19), Emeld (18), Wanda (14), and Jay C (8); and Albert Destili (25). [7]

In 1950, Ada (62) was living in household of Gordon B Hill (54 years) in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake with Gordon B Hill (54 years), and Ada F Hill (56 years). [8]

Ada died on 19 November 1959 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, United States, aged 71.[9] [10] [11]
