Her father, Joel Jenkins wrote his will on July 4, 1688, and in it, he left a bequest to his daughter Sarah, wife of Joseph Merriam, among others. [1]
Her husband, Joseph Merriam Sr., died on October 21, 1702. [2][5][3][4]
He wrote his will on October 17, 1702. In it he names:
Joseph was born July 10, 1676[2][4][1]; died young. [3]
Benjamin was born April 1, 1678 [2][4]; died young. [3][1]
Sarah was born the February 26, 1680/1 [2][1] ; married Jacob Powers September 18, 1703. [3][4]
Elizabeth was born July 2, 1683 [2][4][1]; married Josiah Blanchard of Malden on December 6, 1721. [3]
Ebenezer was born February 11,1685/6 [2][1]; died on December 4, 1753; married first, Jerusha Berry; married second Elizabeth ___. [4][3]
Theophylus was born the July 16, 1688 [2][1]; he was found dead on December 31, 1744; married Abigail Ramsdell on April 4, 1718. [4][3]
