Earl Jr. Jenkins 88 of Oakland City, IN entered rest on Sunday at Deaconess Hospice Center.
He was born on October 28, 1924 in Pike County, IN to Earl C. and Edna Beck Jenkins.
He served in the army during WWII. Also had worked for Emge Packing and Richardson Lumber Company , Cox's Green House and D.H. Hardware.
Surviving wife Wanda Lee (Rumble) Jenkins; Daughter: Brenda Wood of Nashville, IN; Sisters: Thelma Miller of Oakland City, IN and Maxine Workman of Illinois; (2) Grandchildren; (2) Great Grandchildren
Services will be 10:00A.M Wednesday April 17, 2013 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel. The burial in Montgomery Cemetery. Rev. David A. Bremer will be officiating.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Chapel.
