Biography

Frances Elizabeth Jenkins was born in March 1832 in Rutherford, North Carolina. She married Walter Leander Gee on October 28, 1847, in her hometown. She died on June 15, 1915, in Hull, Georgia, having lived a long life of 83 years.^[1]

Note from Findagrave.com:^[2] Francis was born in Floyd's Creek, NC. She married Walter (sic: Walton) Gee in NC on 28 Oct 1847. She and Walter had 15 children: Cintha, Henry, Beaty, Malinda Payne, Ann, Lucinda (Louisa?), James, Easton (EL/Eleazer), John, Sarah, Jane, Victoria Beatty, Joseph, Franciss, and Georgia.
