Biography
Richard Jenness, son of John and Hannah (Foss) Jenness, was born in Rye, New Hampshire on Sept 25, 1714.[1] His first wife was Abigail Palmer (daughter of Samuel Palmer) whom he married on Jan 13, 1743. He married second on Sept 18, 1755 Abigail Rand. He married third on Jan 4, 1774 widow Mary Dalton who died Sept 1, 1785. [2]
The dates given by Find A Grave are different, and make more sense. Abigail (Palmer) his first wife dates 1718-1755. [3]

He died in 1785, in Rye, New Hampshire. "Tanner Richard, so called." He was 70 years old. [4]
