Flossie was born in 1921 to Floyd Bailey Sr and Emma Ophelia (Beene) Jennings. There is a 1966 Marriage Record of Flossie and Farris Northcutt. However, it might have been a renewal of vows (25th anniversary?), because they were married by 1941, according to her name on Social Security Records, and considering their children's birth dates. Flossie died in 2001 at age 80.
