No idea why these people born in New York are listed as "Beede"s. Census says they were servants but listed with the last name Beede. I guessing it was an error on the enumerator's part. Could not have possibly been offspring of them as both sons died before reaching a marriageable age and daughters both married to the same person named Jewell.
