Biography

Stina Lovisa Johansdotter was born in Barva parish 14 August 1848.[1] She was the daughter of crofter Johan Larsson in Ringmuren and his wife Johanna Christina Lycka.[2] The family moved to Sättran in Gillberga shortly after her birth.[3][4] In 1851 they moved on to the village of Dunker in the parish by the same name.[5] In 1857 they left for Julita.[6]

In Julita they settled on the farm Hedäng. This is where Stina died in 1859. The cause of death was bröstsjuka (possibly pneumonia).[7][8]
