Married -- STEPHENSON-JOHNSON -- at the residence of the bride's parents, Santa Ana, Oct. 20, 1897, by Rev. W.P. ANDREWS; Robert P. STEPHENSON to Miss Annie JOHNSON. (The wedding was strictly private, the ceremony being performed in Brother Andrew's happiest vein before a few intimate friends and the relatives of the contracting parties. After the wedding all present partook of a bounteous collation, and the happy pair left by the noon train for San Francisco, where they will spend their honeymoon. On their return they will occupy a cottage on Monterey street now being prepared for them by Mr. Johnson. To "Bob" and his charming bride the FREE LANCE extends hearty congratulations and best wishes for a long, prosperous and happy life.)
