Charles Johnson married Sarah (Crew) Johnson (1716–1769) on 6 Feb 1735 in Charles City, Virginia. The couple had at least seven children Tarleton Johnson, Robert Johnson, Cicilia Johnson, Martha (Johnson) Crowder, Jane Smith, Elizabeth Johnson, James Johnson and Thomas Johnson.
Charles Johnson died 11 Feb 1769 in Amelia County, Virginia.

The date of birth is in doubt. Find a Grave shows the date as 1716. His mother’s death date on Find A Grave shows she died before Charles was born.
