Just a small bit of circumstantial evidence. Ebenezer Davis married Patience Hutchinson (Haverhill Vital Records Marriages pg. 177) Ebenezer was the son of Stephen Davis and Mary Tucker Peasly. Patience Hutchinson was the daughter of Samuel Hutchinson Jr the grandson of John Johnson of Andover. Note the following deed abstract, Massachusetts, Essex County registered deed;

MECD 26-57 Thomas Johnson of Andover carpenter and Mary Clark widow of Ephraim Davis decd of Haverhill as administrator for the estate of Ephraim Davis In consideration of several debts and legacies paid by Stephen Davis of Haverhill and having received a bond of said Stephen to the value of 50 pounds to pay the remained of debt of Ephraim Davis to Stephen Davis the eldest son of Ephraim Davis all his land in Haverhill minus the small lot sold to Thomas Whittier Wit. Thomas Johnson Jr and Samuel Hutchinson 1692

The data found in this deed suggest that Thomas Johnson carpenter of Andover, son of John Johnson, along with Thomas Johnson Jr and Samuel Hutchinson who signed as witnesses to this instrument supports Mary as John Johnson's daughter. Thomas Sr would be Mary's brother and Thomas Johnson Jr was the grandson of John Johnson along with Samuel being the grandson of Hannah Johnson and thus all supporting Mary as the daughter of John Johnson of Andover. Johnson-1629 and Johnson-18362 appear to represent the same person because: Same person - married twice
