Gladys, b. Oct. 21, 1918, was the daughter of John and Jennie (Ableman) Johnson of Greaney, Minnesota. Gladys and Billy Anderson lived in Lancaster, California, where Billy worked for Hughes Aircraft. They had three children: twins June and Janet, born in 1942, and son Gary. Gladys and Billy retired to Spokane, Washingon. Gladys died May 24 in Spokane; her funeral was held Aug. 5, 2009 at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Cook, Minnesota, with Rev. Reuben Rosnau. Gladys in buried in Cook Cemetery.
