Anna was born in about 1711 to Samuel Johnson Anna Hotchkiss in New Haven, Connecticut Colony.

In 1730, Anna married Moses Sperry in New Haven. They had at least eight children.

In 1754, Moses passed away in New Haven. In 1773, Anna passed away in New Haven.
