Hannah Johnson was born on Feb 1773 at Lidlington, Bedfordshire, England.
She married John Bollard on 30th October 1798 in Liddington.
Convicted of crime, John was transported to the Colony of New South Wales on a Life sentence, on the "Fortune" arriving at Sydney 11th June 1813.
Wishing to be re-united with John, Hannah came free to the Colony of New South Wales aboard "Providence" in 1821 with two of her sons, William and Benjamin and daughter, Zilpah.[1]
John received a conditional pardon and was farming at Cobbitty, New South Wales by November 1828.[2]
