Rose Ann was born on February 17, 1889 to Amanda Katherine (Lay) Johnson and William Harrison Johnson.
She married George Wallace Woodrum.
Together they had the following children Retha, Elva Lee, Lova Marie, Alvin Madison, and Russell Woodrum.
Rose Ann was described by her youngest child, Russell, as being very "kind and loving".
She often canned peaches for her grandchildren to eat.
She would do the wash with an old washboard and hang the clothes on a line.
Rose Ann died on January 16, 1981.
