Biography

Martha Danforth was enumerated at Thirty-first District, Forsyth County, Georgia for the October 18, United States Census, 1850. She was noted as born 1812 in South Carolina. She was marked as not being able to read or write as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are male James Danforth, male Albert Danforth, male Fredrick Danforth, female Elizabeth Danforth, female Melvina Danforth and male James J Danforth.[1]
