Lewis was born in 1862. Lewis Johnson ... He passed away in 1939. ^[1] When Lewis Edwin Johnson was born in 1862 in Michigan, his father, William, was 35 and his mother, Anna, was 31. He married Jessie Lee McCutcheon on June 10, 1883, in Clarinda, Iowa. They had three children during their marriage. He died as a young father on November 26, 1886, in Glens Falls, New York, at the age of 24.
