He apparently was a boarder at a boarding house at the age of 16, according to the 1930 census. Information about him that was given to me personally was that he was 6'4" tall, he sang and played the guitar.

While looking on familysearch.org, it says he was in ww2 as of 12/11/1941. Stationed at Ft. Benjamin Harrison, Indiana. He was divorced at the time with no dependents and he died in August of 1982 in Clark IND.

Another piece of info states, that from the 1930 census at the age of 16, he was a boarder at a lodging house. He went onto served in ww2 as of 12/11/11941, at FT. Benjamin Harrison. He died in August 1982 in Clark Indiana.
Abraham got married on March 30 1935 in Rush Indiana and lived there. Born in Salem, his parents attended the wedding,who was Mary Louise Andis and born on 5/12/1916, who was also from Rush Indiana but the parents had different names. Her father was Earl Andis and the mother was Nellie Meyre. He later married Helen Snelling from Jeffersonville Indiana, on 4/8/1944. He was 30 and she was 33. She was born 10/27/1910 in Clark Indiana. He died in August of 1982. Her parents names were Wm H. Underwood and Nona Cottrill.
