Jemima (Johnson) Stuart was a Virginia colonist.

Jemima Johnson was born on August 4, 1755 in Albermarle Parish, Surry County, Virginia Colony, the daughter of Lewis Johnson and Elizabeth (Moore) Johnson. She was christened on September 21, 1755 at Albermarle Parish. [1] Jemima was the sister of John Johnson and Swanson Johnson.

Jemima married William (Stewart) Stuart on July 13, 1772 in Sussex County, Virginia Colony. They had at least the following children:

  1. Benjamin L Stewart
  2. Jemima Johnson Stewart 1805-1878

Jemima died on 1843 in Albermarle Parish, Sussex County, Virginia, United States.
