Dorcas Viney (Johnson) Freeman (1784 - 1823)

Johnson-45875 and Johnson-23118 appear to represent the same person because: I see that these two profiles have been proposed to merge at least twice before. In 2016, it was rejected because she may not have been the correct wife of Thomas Freeman. No sources or evidence were added to support this thought. Once again the merge was rejected in 2018 with no comment or reason why. It is obvious that the two profile are identical and of the same person. They have the same parents, husband, date and place of birth and date and place of death. So I believe that the profiles should be merged. If she isn't the correct wife of Thomas Freeman, then sources need to be added to support this and then she can be removed as spouse. But whether or not she was his wife, the profiles are the same.

Johnson-45875 and Johnson-23118 do not represent the same person because: In my research, I discovered that this is not the correct wife of Thomas Freeman from our lineage. This is an error on Ancestry that I tried to correct and Ancestry will not allow it to be corrected. That is why I switched to WikiTree. However, when I transferred my info from Ancestry, they still included this incorrect info.
