She married Thomas Dimic Casper on July 3, 1901 in Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas. Anna was 18 years old, Thomas was 27. [1]

The 1910 U.S. Census lists Anna at the age of 25 with her husband Thomas and four young children living in a rented house at 2937 Fairmount Avenue in Kansas Ward 3, Jackson County, Missouri where Thomas worked as a shipping clerk. [2]
In the 1920 U.S. Census, Anna is listed at 32 years of age with her husband Thomas and six children living at 2507 Charlotte in Kansas City Ward 11, Kansas City, Missouri. [3]
