Biography
Ruth Ingeborg Johnson was born in 1898. Ruth Ingeborg Johnson to Erik Reinhold and Amanda Axelina Johnson who immigrated to this country from their native Sweden.She had two older siblings, Hulda Axelina Johnson and Einar Reinhold Johnson. She died January 4, 1929 in Fort Worth, Texas due to pneumonia and complications of her fourth child, Leon Edwin Jordan. She also had three other children. Douglas C. Jordan, Constance Marie (Harris) Jordan and Ruth Ann Jordan who died in infancy. She is buried at Highland Cemetery, 1620 Cemetery Road, Durant, Oklahoma.
