Biography

When Minnie was a young teenager, maybe about 14, her parents seems to have passed away. She was legally adopted by Louisa Thomas in about 1900-1910. On April 25, 1910 she was living with Louisa Wilson Thomas, who had adopted her. They lived in Fouts Mill District, Belmore, Clay, Florida. She was a member of Beulah Missionary Baptist Church where she attended with Louisa. She grew up around Lacy, Louisa's grand-son, and in about 1913 they were married. In 1920-1930 they were living in Green Cove Springs, Clay County, Florida on Green Cove Springs and Stock Road.
