Headstone says,

In memory of Margaret Johnstone Daughter of Adam Johnstone in Lockerbie who Died the 5th Augst 1769 Aged 6 months.

Also Adam Johnstone his Son who Died the 8th Augst 1769 aged 3 years.

Also Thomas Johnstone his son who Died the 25th July 1774 Aged 3 years.

Also John Johnstone his son who died the 5th Octr 1779 aged 3 months.

Also Jean Johnstone his Daughter who died the 4th June 1784 Aged 8 years.
