Robert Johnston, father of Posey Johnston, moved from Newberry Co. SC to Morgan Co. GA in 1810-11 and appears in Morgan Co. Tax lists. By 1840 Posey Johnston had moved to Heard, Georgia, United States. He passed away in 1859 in Heard, Georgia, United States.
