Biography

Marion Johnston was baptised on 7 June 1837 in the parish of Falkirk, Stirlingshire, daughter of John Johnston and Margaret Clark.^[1]

Marion married James Cochran on 19 July 1858 in District of Milton, Glasgow, Lanarkshire. ^[2]

The couple had nine children, the first two of whom were born in Govan, Lanarkshire:
