Ch: Children of son David, dec'd; children of son Samuel, dec'd; children of son George, dec'd. Exrs see all public vendue full lot of ground in this town where I live, with all buildings and improvements, together with out having five acres of enclosed land; also all stock of Cattle, whole household furniture, wheat, rie (sic), hay, flax and cabbage. Proceeds to be divided into four shares and paid to wife Margaret, sons John and Charles and daughter Mary. Wife's share to remaining three legatees at her death. One shilling sterling to each: daughters Jean, Ann and Elizabeth, children of dec'd son David (unnamed), children of dec'd son Samuel (unnamed), children of dec'd son George (unnamed) .
