Jane "Jenny” Johnston was born in 1785 in Fairfax County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Robert Johnston and Catherine Wallace. Jenny married Isaac Ammerman on 19 Jun 1806 in Clark County, Kentucky.
She died about 1830 in Montgomery County, Missouri.

Name spelled Jenny Johnson in marriage register. Sister Peggy's marriage record and brother Joseph's name also spelled Johnson, but Joseph's gravestone is spelled Johnston.

Johnston-6376 and Johnson-99425 appear to represent the same person because: Same husband, very similar name, same death info. Johnson was the last name on her marriage record.
